About Us - Members
Individual Members
Membership shall be open to older Manitobans who support the ideals of ALCOA-MB. There is no cost for membership and members will receive newsletters, have a right to one vote, and count themselves among Manitobans who promote active healthy living.
 
Partner Members
Membership shall be open to organizations in the province of Manitoba with an interest in furthering the goals and objectives of ALCOA-MB. Each partner member shall appoint an individual as its representative and each representative has a right to one vote. Be a not for profit organization and be incorporated or have a charter or other form of official recognition.
 
Supporting Partner Members
Membership shall be open to corporations and governments who support the ideals of ALCOA-MB. These are non-voting members and cannot be elected as a director of ALCOA-MB, but are eligible for full participation on committees and may be invited to sit as an ex-officio member of the board. This class of member may pay a higher annual membership fee.
 
All applications for membership in ALCOA-MB shall be considered by the Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Membership Committee, who shall determine if acceptable and in which category membership is most appropriate. The decision of the Board of Directors shall be considered final.
